• INR 10 for general public
• INR 150 for foreign citizens
• Students with identity cards are given 50% concession.
• Defence personnel in uniform, organized Kisan parties and children below 12 years are also given 50% concession.
• 'Children's Week' (14th-20th November) school children up to 12 years of age accompanied by teachers are allowed free of charge.
• 'Museum Week' (8th-14th January) public is given concession in the entrance ticket.

Nawab Mir Yousuf Ali Khan, who also lent his name to the museum, acquired a rich repository of artistic achievements of diverse European, Asian and Far Eastern countries of the world; a major chunk of the collection is on display. Check out artifacts mirroring the human evolution from 2nd century BC to early 20th century AD.
